Returns & Cancelations
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we accept returns and cancelations on a limited basis. You may request a cancelation within 1 hour of purchase, or before your proof has been processed.
For ready-to-ship items you may return the items within 14 days of delivery for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for original shipping costs (if shipped with free shipping) as well as return shipping to us except in the case of a defect or mistake on our part. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Digital products, custom design and services will not be refunded. Food containers, including egg cartons cannot be returned. Customized products which you approved may not be returned or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
