Privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously. We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:

  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order

We will never send you unsolicited communications, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information except as necessary for the delivery of your order. We hate SPAM too!

Processing time

The time required to prepare an order for shipping varies:

  • Custom label orders will ship and print within one day of your approval. Label orders without customization details, or response to the proof may be canceled and your payment refunded or shipped at our discretion after 14 business days with no response.
  • Customized & Other Stamps are made to order and will ship within 5 business days of your order.
  • Everything else normally ships between 1-3 business days after ordering. Most packages are shipped within 1 business day.

Shipping

US Domestic Shipping
We offer several options for domestic shipping including USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, as well as FedEx Ground. While the estimates for transit time are usually accurate, only overnight packages have guaranteed arrival dates. We are not responsible for loss or theft of packages marked delivered by the carrier, or damage done in transit. We can, however, help you file a claim with the shipper and provide any necessary information.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through the US Postal Service and FedEx. Please understand that the listed timeframes are average delivery times only and are not guaranteed by the shipper. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. You may be assessed taxes on the item(s) shipped by your country, which we cannot calculate in advance. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Payment options

We offer secure credit card payment options through companies you know and trust: PayPal, Stripe and ApplePay. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and more. Our payment processing partners keep your payment information secure, and we do not store, retain or have access to your credit card data directly at any point. Stored cards are supported securely by all of our payment providers.

Returns & Cancelations

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we accept returns and cancelations on a limited basis. You may request a cancelation within 1 hour of purchase, or before your proof has been processed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Digital products will not be refunded. Customized products which you approved may not be returned or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

You must contact us to request a return and receive authorization prior to shipping your order back to us.
